2009 Chinese Culture Camp in Delaware

Mission:

Provide campers with cultural, educational and recreational experiences in the summer. Promote the understanding of Chinese culture through art, music, sports, and authentic Chinese folk dance, etc. Facilitate cultural exchange within the community.

Date/Time:

7/13 – 7/17/2009 (Monday-Friday) 9:00AM to 3:30PM

Pre and after camp 7:30-9:00AM, 3:30-6:00PM

(Pre and after camp care: $6 per hour or $100 for all five days)

Program:

Chinese arts and crafts, Chinese folk dances, Chinese yo-yo, Chinese brush painting, Chinese Chess, Calligraphy, cooking, and more. *Program subjects to change depend on teacher’s availability but the focus on Chinese culture remains the same.

Teacher:

All cultural activities lead by specialty teachers and auditioned counselors.

Camper:

Open to children ages 6 to 15.

Fee:

Lunches, T-shirt, materials all included

Refund Policy:

If canceled on or before 7/1, a $10 processing fee will be charged.

No refund after 7/1.

1. Complete Registration Form (both sides)

2. Make check payable to Chinese Culture Camp ($30 charge for returned check)
