全校國語演講比賽辦法
1. 宗 旨: 提高學生學習國語文之興趣及培養學生表達能力
2. 比賽日期: 2009年2月8日(各班演講比賽請於2009年1月11日或1月18日舉行)
3. 參賽資格: 本校三年級以上班內演講比賽之前三名學生或其他有興趣參賽之學生
4. 演講題目: 自訂
5. 演講時限: 三分鐘
6. 演講次序: 當場抽簽決定
7. 評分項目: 高級組 -- 發音(25%)；語調(25%)；內容(20%)；儀態(20%)；時間控制(10%)
初級組 -- 發音(25%)；語調(25%)；內容(25%)；儀態(25%)
初級組為十一歲(含)以下(以4/10/2009為準)，高級組為十二歲(含)以上之在校學生
8. 評審裁判: 邀請校內外具有評審經驗之人士擔任
9. 評審方式:一、參賽學生的演講成績為所有評審裁判給的分數，去掉一個最高分和一個最低分之後的總和
二、高級組演講時間超過三分鐘時限者，每十秒扣一分。計時另請專人負責，每一演講完畢，立即向評審裁判報告演講時限之得分。
三、初級組只報告演講時間，但不列入評分
10. 獎勵辦法: 各組前三名獎杯乙座、獎狀乙紙
11. 頒獎日期: 本校結業典禮時頒講。各組第一名並將在結業典禮中演講
12. 報名辦法: 請各班老師於1月18日將參賽學生名單及年歲資料交給教務長呂學明
Chinese School Chinese Speech Contest Announcement and Rules
1. Goal: Increase student’s interests to learn Chinese and to develop students’ ability to express themselves in Chinese.
2. Date: February 8, 2009
3. Qualification to participate: Third grade students and above who finish first, second, and third in the speech contest in their classes and other students who are interested in participating.
4. Topic: Chosen by participating student.
5. Time limit: three minutes.
6. Sequence: by drawing on the day of speech contest.
7. Scoring criteria:
a. Senior group:
12 years and older: pronunciation (25%), intonation (25%), speech content (20%), speech delivery (20%), and timing (10%)
b. Junior group:
11 years and under: pronunciation (25%), intonation (25%), speech content (25%), and speech delivery (25%).
8. Contest Judges: Respected members from Chinese school and Chinese community.
9. Scoring:
a. The highest and lowest scores from judges will be discarded. The remaining scores will be added together to get a final score.
b. For senior group, participants loose a point for every ten seconds over the three minute limit. There will be a designated time keeper who will announce the time of the speech and deducted-points right after the speech.
c. For junior group, speech time will be announced but will not be scored.
10. Award: The first three places of each group will receive a trophy and a certificate.
11. Award date: Trophies are to be awarded at the commencement. First place student from each group will be invited to present their speech again at the commencement.
12. Registration: Teachers from each class will register their participating students.
